Fullerton office, Rosedale motel burglarized

burglaryPolice are investigating three burglaries that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between noon on Friday, August 3, and 5:30 a.m. on Monday, August 6, an individual broke into Lauring Dermatology, located in the 7600-block of Belair Road (21236). Once inside, the suspect stole five computer tablets and a safe.


At just after 6:15 p.m. on Monday, August 6, two individuals distracted the manager at the front desk at the Siesta Motel, located in the 8200-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237). While the manager stepped away from the desk, three other unknown individuals broke into the office and stole money from the safe.

Sometime between 10 p.m. on Monday, August 6, and 6 a.m. on Tuesday, August 7, an individual broke into an apartment in the 7900-block of Belridge Road (21236) and stole a handgun, a game system, and two watches.

Bank robbed in Carney, fight breaks out in Fullerton

police-lightsPolice are investigating a bank robbery and two assaults that were reported over the past week.

At just after 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, two men were arguing on Spindrift Circle in Carney (21234) when one man pulled out a gun and pointed it at the second man.  The suspect was subsequently arrested.


At 5 p.m. on Friday, July 20, a fight broke out in the 7900-block of Belridge Road in Fullerton (21236) causing injuries to four victims who were assaulted with weapons.

At just after 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, a man entered the First National Bank located in the Carney Village Shopping Center in the 9600-block of Harford Road (21234), displayed a note, implied a handgun, and demanded cash from the teller. The suspect took the cash and fled on foot.

Police investigate purse-snatching, 3 burglaries

Police GraphicPolice are investigating three burglaries and a robbery that were reported in recent days.

At 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 12, a woman was approached by three individuals in the 700 block of Compass Road in Middle River (21220). One suspect displayed a knife and demanded her purse. The suspects took the woman’s purse with cash in it and fled the scene.

Sometime between 11 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, an individual entered an apartment in the 700 block of Belridge Road (21236) and stole three game systems.


At 1 a.m. on Thursday, February 16, an individual entered a yard on Blue Spire Circle in Middle River (21220), then stole lights out of the locked shed. The suspect was seen later and the stolen items were taken back to the precinct. A warrant has been issued for the suspect.

At 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 20, an individual broke a rear window to gain entry to a residence in the 400 block of St. Patrick Road in Overlea (21206). Once inside, the suspect stole a laptop, jewelry, and a washcloth before leaving through the rear basement door.

Parkville home burglarized; man robbed in Nottingham

Police GraphicPolice are investigating a robbery and a burglary that were reported this week.

Sometime between 1 and 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17, an individual kicked in the back door to a residence in the 9800 block of Harford Road in Parkville (21234) in order to gain entry. Once inside, the suspect ransacked the home and stole jewelry and money.

At 10 p.m. on Tuesday, while standing by his vehicle, an armed individual robbed a man of his car keys, cell phone, and miscellaneous items in the 7900 block of Belridge Road (21236). The suspect then fled on foot along with another suspect that was standing nearby.
