Over 67,000 power outages reported in Maryland, nearly 200 flights canceled at BWI

BALDWIN, MD—The Baltimore County Animal Shelter in Baldwin has reached its maximum holding capacity and until further notice will not be accepting owner surrenders. Exceptions may be made, by prior agreement, for the surrender- and owner-requested euthanasia of animals in severe medical distress.
