Maryland State Police mourn death of State Trooper
BALTIMORE, MD—Maryland State Police are mourning the loss one of their own, Trooper First Class Alec Elijah Cohen. Trooper First Class Cohen, 29, of Baltimore County, graduated from Northeastern University with a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
