Water main break reported near Parkville

A water main break near Parkville is affecting many local residents. The Department of Public Works reports that a twelve-inch diameter main has ruptured in the 1200-block of Linkside Drive in the Hillendale community near Parkville (21234). Thirty residents and two hydrants are currently without service. There has been no ETA on repairs. Motorists should use caution in the area.
