Delegate Jackson believes that public safety must be a top priority at every level of government and, to make this a reality, has been a strong supporter of providing officers with the necessary equipment and training to do their jobs safely and effectively.
He also sees the importance in building lasting bonds between citizens and officers and has been fighting tirelessly to secure additional funding for programs, such as Police Athletic Leagues, which provide opportunities for proactive community engagement.
