TOWSON, MD—All Baltimore County Public Schools athletic events scheduled for Thursday afternoon, March 31, have been postponed due to forecasted severe weather.

Officials say practices may continue under the direction of the schools’ athletic director.

A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued for the Baltimore area for Thursday.

Severe storms, high winds, and a few isolated tornadoes are expected on Thursday afternoon and evening.
