WHITE MARSH, MD—A new retail shop has arrived at White Marsh Mall.
Mall officials over the weekend announced that Windsor Fashions is now open.

Windsor has over 300 locations throughout the U.S. and several in Maryland, including stores in Columbia, Towson, Annapolis, and Glen Burnie.
The new shop is located on the lower level of White Marsh Mall, next to Bath & Body Works
