TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department announced several promotions on Thursday.
Fire Chief Joanne Rund has announced promotions to the ranks of Fire Captain and EMS Lieutenant.
The following are promoted to Fire Captain, effective February 26:
- Fire Lt. Stacey Gail
- Fire Lt. Kirsten Koenig
- Fire Lt. Ronald Mintz
- Fire Lt. April Owens
- Fire Lt. Bryan Schulz
- Fire Lt. Brandon Watkins
The following are promoted to EMS Lieutenant, effective February 26:
- PM/FF Bridget McCarron
- PM Amber Kelly
- PM/FF Melissa Simpkins
