PERRY HALL, MD—The Baltimore County Public Library will be celebrating Small Business Saturday with pop-up shops at five locations, including the Perry Hall branch.

The event will be held 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 27th.

Patrons will be able to shop local on Small Business Saturday and find items like pottery, candles, fine art, handcrafted jewelry, and even plant-based beauty and bath products.
