TOWSON, MD—A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Maryland man.

Richard Banks, 73, was last seen in the Windsor Mill area at around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 3rd.

Banks is 6’2″ tall and weighs about 225 pounds.  He has brown eyes.

Authorities believe he is operating a silver, 2013 Honda Pilot with MD tag “5BG0105.”

Anyone with information on Richard Banks’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-887-1340 or dial 911.
