Volunteers clean trash from site of future Perry Hall park

PERRY HALL, MD—Volunteers cleaned up trash along a local road this weekend.

Volunteers from the White Marsh Recreation Council helped remove debris from the site of the future park along Gerst Road on Saturday morning, according to Councilman David Marks.

Participants cleared 400 feet of barbed wire fencing and posts from the 22-acre property.

The Bierman property will be the fifth new park in Perry Hall since 2010 and the tenth in the Fifth District.
