NOTTINGHAM, MD—At 11:30 p.m. on February 27, a reckless driver slammed into the Nocera home located on Klausmier Road in Perry Hall.

Pat and Melissa Nocera would likely have been killed had they not been upstairs.

For the past several months, they have been living in a hotel while working on insurance and other arrangements.

When permits seemed to be stuck, Councilman David Marks’ office intervened and worked with the County Executive’s staff to get the matter expedited. They will now start to rebuild.

“Let’s wish Pat and Melissa a happy and safe future,” said Councilman Marks.
