NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a pair of local crimes that were reported over the past week.

At 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, a woman was taking a case of water out to her car in the unit block of Dunhaven Place (21236) when a known individual became upset that she was taking the case of water. The suspect approached the victim from behind and, at gunpoint, threatened to harm her.

The suspect then fled the scene.

At 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, an individual displayed a gun and demanded another man’s wallet in the 7400-block of Belair Road (21237).

The suspect stole cash from the wallet and then fled on foot.
