NOTTINGHAM, MD—A 311 outage is affecting Baltimore County.

On Tuesday morning, the county said that, due to a regional Verizon outage, all 311 lines were down.

“We request your patience as we await resolution of this issue,” Baltimore County officials said. “Please do not call 911 for non-emergency issues.”

There has been no ETA on when 311 service will be restored.
