NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police in Baltimore County issued an alert on Monday night warning the public of a suspicious individual.
Detectives want the public to be aware of a man in his 20’s who may be lingering in areas where children are known to frequent, such as schools.
The person is described as a black male with a light complexion and slender build.
Police say the man has been seen in the 4400-block of Fullerton Avenue (21236) near a light-colored sedan.
No other information is available at this time.
