ROSEDALE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Monday morning crash on I-695 in the Rosedale area.

The crash was reported at around 8:15 a.m. along the outer loop just past the I-95 interchange.

All lanes of the outer loop are currently blocked just past I-95.

There has been no word on any injuries.

Motorists should expect heavy delays in the area.
