TOWSON, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing Towson man.

James Paul Smith, 42, is 5’9” tall, weighs 167 pounds, and is believed to be wearing a blue shirt, blue sweatpants, and black and white shoes.

Smith was last seen at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday in the 1300-block of Highland Drive.

Police say he is in need of medication for a cognitive condition.

Anyone with information on James Paul Smith’s whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or police at 410-887-2361.
