NOTTINGHAM, MD—The remnants of a powerful storm will make for a wet start to the week.

The National Weather Service says rain associated with Post-Tropical Cyclone Delta will arrive in the Baltimore area at around noon on Sunday.

The wet weather is expected to continue into Monday morning.

In general, 1.5 to 3 inches of rain are expected, with the heaviest rains arriving on Sunday night.
