WHITE MARSH, MD—Several arrests were made after disturbances broke out in White Marsh on Saturday evening, according to police.

The Baltimore County Police Department tells NottinghamMD.com that officers responded to White Marsh Mall at around 6:15 p.m. for a disturbance involving a large group of juveniles. Several fights broke out on the parking lot as juveniles were escorted out of the mall.

Witnesses reported seeing a heavy police presence as well as a police helicopter in the area.

In all, authorities say seven juveniles were arrested.

In 2019, both THE AVENUE at White Marsh and White Marsh Mall began enforcing youth escort policies prohibiting unaccompanied minors from being on the premises after 5 p.m. on weekend evenings.
