CARNEY, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Thursday afternoon rescue in the Loch Raven watershed.

At just before 1 p.m., the Providence Volunteer Fire Company reported that two units were on the scene of an injured hiker in the area of Morgan Mill Road.

Rescue operations are under way.

Crews are attempting to locate and remove the patient from the woods.
