UPDATE: The Maryland Transportation Authority says to anticipate the extended closure of northbound I-95 in the Rossville/White Marsh area due to crash response and cleanup operations. Traffic is being detoured at I-695 (Ex64). Alternate routes include US 40, MD 7, or US 1. Express Toll Lanes open under normal tolling operations (no I-695 access).

ROSEDALE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a jack-knifed tractor-trailer on Interstate 95.
The incident was reported at around 11 a.m. along northbound I-95 just past the I-695 interchange.
Several lanes are blocked and fuel spill cleanup is in progress.
There has been no word on any injuries.
Motorists should expect delays in the area.
