PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Monday afternoon crash on I-695.

The crash was reported at around 12:30 p.m. along the outer loop at Exit 31 (Harford Road).

Two of three lanes are closed along the outer loop prior to Harford Road and heavy delays are present.

There has been no word on any injuries.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
