CARNEY, MD—Police are on the scene of a Friday night attempted burglary in Carney.

At around 8 p.m., officers responded to Carney Elementary School, located in the 3100-block of E. Joppa Road (21234), for a report of a burglary in progress.

K-9 units searched and subsequently cleared the school.

There has been no word on whether any suspects were arrested.
