ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a man who has gone missing from the Essex area.

Harry Wayne Payne is a white male. 5′ 2″ tall, and weighing about 90 pounds.

He is missing from the 1500-block of Williams Avenue and was last seen at around 6:30 a.m. on Saturday in the 1500-block of E. Homberg Avenue in Essex wearing a gray jacket and blue jeans.

Police say Payne suffers from a cognitive impairment.

Anyone with information on Harry Payne’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or police at 410-887-0220.
