UPDATE: Route 7 is currently shut down between Ebenezer Road and Route 43. The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reports that a “hopper of sawdust” was on fire at the location (J. Gibson McIlvain Company).

PERRY HALL, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Friday evening commercial building fire in Perry Hall.

The fire was reported at around 5:15 p.m. in the 10700-block of Philadelphia Road (21228).

Arriving units found a small fire on the ground floor of the location.

Sprinklers have been activated.

No injuries have been reported at this time.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
