PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Tuesday afternoon apartment fire in Parkville.

The fire was reported at just after 4:45 p.m. in the 8400-block of King’s Ridge Road (21234).

Arriving units found fire in the basement floor of the complex and multiple rescues from balconies are in progress.

There has been no word on any injuries.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
