NOTTINGHAM, MD—Two first leases have been signed at the Nottingham Ridge Logistics Center, a joint venture partnership between Atapco Properties Inc. and Chesapeake Real Estate Group located at 5301 Nottingham Drive.
The 165,000-square-foot space industrial property is located in White Marsh and was originally slated to be the location of the Paragon Outlets – a project that has since been abandoned.
Velux USA, a market leader in skylights and roof windows, has signed a lease for a 65,000 square feet of showroom and distribution center space.
KCI Technologies, an engineering and construction services firm, signed a 45,000-square-foot warehouse lease.
Nottingham Ridge Logistics Center offers over 750,000 square feet of Class A industrial space.
Construction began on the new industrial complex in May 2019.
