NOTTINGHAM, MD—The new LIDL store in Perry Hall has announced a grand opening date.
The grocery store will open its doors on Wednesday, January 22, and the festivities will continue throughout the rest of the week.
Store officials say there will be giveaways, prizes, and special offers.
LIDL will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
“Our newest store in Perry Hall will deliver healthy, fresh and award-winning products at prices that are truly attainable and will not break the bank,” said Perry Hall Store Manager Melissa Miller. “The team and I look forward to serving the community everyday starting January 22.”
Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG is a German global discount supermarket chain, based in Neckarsulm, Germany, that operates over 10,000 stores across Europe and the United States. It belongs to Dieter Schwarz, who also owns the store chains Handelshof and hypermarket Kaufland.
“Attracting an anchor to this site has been a priority for me since the Mars supermarket closed in 2016,” said Councilman David Marks.
The new store is located at 8667 Belair Road (21236).
