Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced on Monday that The Rolling Grill will open at the Perry Hall Square Shopping Center, the latest in a series of additions at the most established commercial center in Perry Hall.
The location will offer Baltimore barbecue and craft barbecue sandwiches.
It will also be a central hub for people to take advantage of The Rolling Grill’s catering services, with many “pickup” catering options.
“We do everything under one roof,” said Matt Lotz with The Rolling Grill. “Our location will serve as a pit beef, traditional barbecue, craft sandwich, and catering hub. There is nothing like it in the area.”
The Rolling Grill has operated for seven years and this will be the first retail location in Perry Hall.
“I am delighted by the new merchants that have opened at the renovated Perry Hall Square Shopping Center, and welcome The Rolling Grill to Perry Hall,” said Councilman Marks. “This is a business with a great record of providing excellent catered food to families and firms, and I know they will do very well in our community.”
The business hopes to open in early 2020.
