OVERLEA, MD—Police have arrested and charged an Overlea man in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred in Reisterstown on Friday.
Homicide detectives have charged Jimmy Foye Sr., 60, with first-degree murder in the death of 43-year-old Irma Lily Garrido Ruiz.
At just after 12:30 p.m. on January 3rd, officers responded to the unit block of Woodbench Court (21136).
When police entered the residence, a female adult victim was found inside, now identified as Ruiz. She suffered from multiple stab wounds to the upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Foye, of the unit block of Mopec Circle in Overlea/Nottingham (21236), is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
