UPDATE 2: As of 2 p.m., Trimble Road has been reopened, however there is still no access to the Kohl’s Distribution Center.

UPDATE: The bomb threat was reported at the Kohl’s Distribution Center in the 1700-block of Trimble Road at just before 8:15 a.m. Trimble Road remains shut down.

EDGEWOOD, MD—Authorities are investigating a Monday morning bomb threat in Edgewood.

The bomb threat was reported at around 8:30 a.m. in the 1700-block of Trimble Road.

Trimble Road is currently closed from Route 152/Magnolia Road to Route 24/Emmorton Road.

Motorists should avoid the area.
