FALLSTON, MD—Route One Apparel, the area’s original online source for trendy and affordable Maryland pride apparel and accessories, announced on Thursday that its merchandise is now available at Log Cabin Chocolates in Fallston.
Located at 2625 Belair Road, Log Cabin Chocolates is the first official Route One Apparel retailer to be located on U.S. Route 1 in Maryland.
Offering handmade chocolates, fudge, and holiday candies, Log Cabin Chocolates is a family-owned fine chocolate store that has been serving up sweet treats to the Baltimore area since 1920. The selection of Route One Apparel products available at Log Cabin Chocolates includes mugs, glassware, and other small gifts.
“We named our company after U.S. Route 1 not only because of its proximity to the University of Maryland at College Park where I was a student at the time, but also because it’s the most recognizable highway stretching across the entire central part of the state,” said Ali von Paris, owner and founder, Route One Apparel. “It’s momentous for us to secure our first official retailer that is actually located on U.S. Route 1, and it again reminds us how much we’ve grown.”
Log Cabin Chocolates is hosting a Thanksgiving Eve Open House on Wednesday, November 27, from 4 p.m.—9 p.m. The community is invited to come and see Log Cabin’s production area and enjoy samples of signature sweet treats, light fare, beer and wine.
