ESSEX, MD—Crews responded to a boat fire overnight in Essex.

At around 4 a.m., firefighters responded to a boat fire at Sue Island Marina.

The boat was engulfed in heavy fire when units arrived and is expected to be a total loss.

No one was aboard the boat at the time.
