PERRY HALL, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced on Monday that a new fitness center will open at the Perry Hall Square Shopping Center, continuing the improvements at the community’s oldest shopping center.
Maximum Fitness 24/7 will occupy 9,150 square feet at the shopping center, opening around March of 2020.
“The addition of this new fitness center continues the momentum we have seen for improvements in Downtown Perry Hall,” Councilman Marks said. “Over the past year, the Double-T Diner reopened, Perry Hall Square Shopping Center has been renovated and El Salto and Maximum Fitness have signed on as major tenants. The new Chase Manhattan bank is expected to open in late November.”
Maximum Fitness 24/7 is a veteran-owned, full-service gym with management that has 30 years of experience in the fitness industry.
