Robberies reported at Parkville Subway, Rosedale Checkers

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several robberies that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 22, and noon on Friday, October 4, an individual broke into a trailer in the 8500-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237) by damaging the door lock. The trailer was left in disarray, but nothing was stolen.

At 5 a.m. on Friday, October 4, an individual approached an employee at the Checkers restaurant located in the 6200-block of Rossville Boulevard in Rosedale (21237) and demanded entry via a side door. The suspect entered the location, stole cash from a safe, and fled in a vehicle.

At 6 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, a man was at the McDonald’s located in the 7900-block of Belair Road in Fullerton (21236) with a friend when he was approached by three juvenile suspects. The suspects attempted to take the victim’s bicycle by assaulting him but were unsuccessful.

At 10 a.m., on Sunday, October 6, am individual, displaying a gun, robbed the Subway restaurant located in the 8300-block of Harford Road in Parkville (21234) and also robbed the cashier of cash. The suspect then fled in a vehicle.

At 6 p.m. on Sunday, an individual asked the a man for change in the 8600-block of Philadelphia Road in Rosedale (21237). When the victim took out his wallet to get change, the suspect grabbed the wallet from the victim’s hand and fled on foot.
