NOTTINGHAM, MD—The Baltimore County Health Department will be offering free flu shots later this month.
The shots will be available in seven different locations throughout the county on Saturday, October 19, from 9 a.m. to noon.
In northeastern Baltimore County, shots will be provided at Middle River Middle School, located at 800 Middle River Road (21220).
Residents are encouraged to remember the flu FACTS in order to prevent the spread of contagious viruses, including seasonal flu:
- Frequently wash your hands with soap and water
- Always get an annual flu shot
- Cover your cough and sneeze
- Take time off if you have symptoms
- Seek care if your symptoms get worse
