OVERLEA, MD – A busy, Overlea road remains shut down on Monday morning following a Sunday night crash.

The crash occurred at about 11 p.m. in the area of Kenwood Avenue at McCormick Avenue (21206).

A vehicle overturned in the crash and a BGE utility pole was also brought down.

A large portion of Kenwood Avenue remains shut down at this hour and BGE crews are on the scene.

Motorists should use an alternate route.
