NOTTINGHAM, MD – Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced on Monday that a sidewalk would be constructed between Honeygo Boulevard and Soukup Arena.

The new sidewalk will allow pedestrians to safely move along this heavily-traveled part of Joppa Road.

Construction is set to begin on September 10th.

“I am very pleased that residents will now be able to walk from the Honeygo Village Center east to Soukup Arena,” Marks said. “We have really focused on transportation and sidewalk improvements this year, including the long-awaited resurfacing of Joppa Road which should be done this week.”
