Police investigating local burglary, attempted burglary

NOTTINGHAM, MD – Police are investigating several burglaries and attempted burglaries that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between 3 and 4 a.m. on Thursday, June 20, an individual entered an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway in the 12500-block of Ulrich Avenue in Middle River (21220) and stole a computer tablet from the vehicle. The suspect also rummaged through the victim’s unlocked pool house. No items were missing.

Sometime between 6 and 10 p.m. on Friday, June 21, an individual broke into an apartment in the 6700-block of Ridge Road in Rosedale (21237) by prying open the door. The suspect rummaged through clothes but no items were stolen.

Sometime between 1 p.m. on Friday, June 21, and 5 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, an individual broke into an office building that is currently under construction in the 5300-block of Nottingham Drive in Nottingham (21236) by prying the exterior door open. Once inside, the suspect stole several power tools and a laptop computer.
