Crews are on the scene of a serious Sunday evening crash in Joppa.

The crash was reported at around 5:45 p.m. in the area of Joppa Farm Road at Trimble Road.

There were a total of four patients needing treatment, one of whom was unresponsive at the scene.

Motorists should avoid the area.
