Kenwood High School closes early, after-school activities cancelled

baltimore-county-public-schools-bcpsAn Essex high school closed early on Tuesday due to unexpected maintenance.

At 12:31 p.m., Baltimore County Public Schools tweeted that Kenwood High School would be closed at 1 p.m. due to a “maintenance issue.”

All evening and after-school activities at Kenwood High School have also been cancelled for Tuesday.

There has been no word as to whether the maintenance issues will affect Wednesday’s class schedule.
