The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company received a big boost on Thursday.
Councilwoman Cathy Bevins announces that Chesapeake Realty Partners had donated $50,000 to WMVFC.
The councilwoman was on-hand for the donation event, as were representatives from Chesapeake Realty Partners and WMVFC.
CRP recently broke ground on Avenue Grand, an apartment community of 324 units adjacent to The Avenue at White Marsh entertainment districts, the Giant-anchored retail center, and first-class office buildings.
Avenue Grand will boast a five-star clubhouse including a Resident’s Club, saltwater swimming pool, detached garages, and the most health-conscious fitness center of its kind. Each of the five residential buildings will have a boutique-hotel style lobby, residents storage lockers and elevator service.
