A man who was injured in an apartment fire last week has died.

Michael Anthony Carter, 33, of the 7700-block of Hillendale Road (21234) died from his injuries on Monday.

Fire crews responded to a blaze at the same address at about 8:40 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13th.

Carter was found inside and taken to Shock Trauma.

Fire investigators have ruled the fire accidental.

It began when a lamp fell and ignited combustible materials.
