A pair of water mains have ruptured, leaving several local residents without service.
The Department of Public Works reports that a ten-inch main has ruptured in the 7200-block of Golden Ring Road in Essex (21221).
Twelve customers and two hydrants are without service.
An eight-inch main has also ruptured in the 1000-block of Ramble Run Road in Middle River (21220).
Sixty customers and one hydrant are without service.
