Essex drug deal goes bad, food delivery driver robbed

robberyPolice are investigating two robberies that were reported in Essex on Friday.

At 2 a.m., a man arrived at a residence in the 500 block of Dorsey Avenue (21221) for a prearranged drug deal. Once the man entered the residence, he was beaten, choked, and robbed by one known and one unknown suspect.

At 3:16 p.m., three men robbed a food delivery driver was robbed of this order on Nerbay Road (21221).  The suspects then fled the scene.
