Perry Hall vape shop burglarized, woman’s vehicle stolen at Essex 7-Eleven

Police GraphicPolice are investigating a burglary and a robbery that were reported this week.

At  about 1:30 a.m. on Monday, April 9, two individuals opened a window to gain entry into the Sterling Vape Company, located in the 4200 block of Chapel Road (21128). While inside, one of the suspects removed merchandise from the display and then both individuals fled the scene.

At 9 p.m. on Monday, a man followed a woman into the 7-Eleven located in the 200 block of Back River Neck Road in Essex (21221) and wrestled her car keys out of her hand. The suspect then left the store, got into the vehicle, and drove away.  Police believe the suspect and the victim knew each other and that this was a targeted crime.
