The Avenue at White Marsh announced on Sunday that Bar Louie will be opening a new location at the center this fall.
The contemporary bar and restaurant will occupy a 7,947-square-foot space to include outdoor patio seating, adjacent to The Avenue’s live entertainment plaza.
Bar Louie is the latest addition to The Avenue’s restaurant/eatery mix – following the recent openings of Chatime, a bubble tea café, and Smallcakes Cupcakery & Creamery.
This will mark Bar Louie‘s fifth location in Maryland. The eatery also has locations in Rockville, Wheaton, Owings Mills, and Hunt Valley.
The new Bar Louie will be located in the space formerly occupied by the Tilted Kilt. The Avenue at White Marsh has confirmed Tilted Kilt’s final of day of business was Saturday, March 17th.
“We are very sorry for all those who woke up today to find out they no longer had a job,” the owners of The Tilted Kilt said on Facebook. “While we greatly respect all of the hard working employees who have given us their dedicated services, some for years, others just a short time, our hands were tied and all avenues were exhausted to keep the doors open.”
