Police in Baltimore County are asking for the public’s assistance in located a missing 11-year-old boy, Cody Jones, from the Bayner Road area of Essex.
Cody was last seen by friends at around 8 p.m. on Wednesday at basketball practice at Deep Creek Middle School.
He never returned home.
Cody is approximately 4’10”, 90 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes, and he has a birthmark on the right side of his neck. He was last seen wearing a light blue sweatshirt with dark blue horizontal stripes, blue jeans, brown Timberland boots, and a yellow vest with a blue hood.
Anyone who may have information on Cody’s whereabouts is asked to contact police at 410-307-2020 or dial 911.
Detectives from the Crimes Against Children Unit are continuing the search for Cody Jones.
