Crews are responding to the scene of a serious, Thursday morning crash in White Marsh.

At around 10:30 a.m., paramedics responded to the area of Pulaski Highway at Allender Road for a report of an accident.

There were reportedly five vehicles involved in the crash.

Several injuries have been reported and both sides of Route 40 have been impacted.

Motorists should use an alternate route.

A second serious crash was reported Thursday morning along Route 43.
