Crews were on the scene of an overnight crash involving a tractor-trailer along Interstate 95 in Rosedale.
The truck reportedly overturned onto a vehicle in the Express Toll Lanes along northbound I-95 prior to I-695 just after midnight on Monday morning.
Four people were reportedly seriously injured in the crash.
Icy conditions led to many accidents overnight.
The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company responded to six crashes throughout the area between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Motorists should use caution throughout the morning.
